How we measure visits

We count page views to understand which fragrances and pages people visit. Our own server records the page, visit time, referring website name and broad device type.

A secret-key hash of the connection address and browser information estimates returning visitors and groups visits into sessions. Raw connection addresses and full browser information are not saved in the statistics database. Different people using the same connection and browser may be grouped together.

Statistics use no analytics cookies or identifiers saved in your browser. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. The tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Order references, email addresses and delivery addresses are excluded from page tracking. The shopping bag and admin login use browser storage separately to provide those features.
